Due to significant commercial growth in this sector, WSP Poland is seeking to enhance the expertise of our Project management department. We are currently looking for an mechanical engineer fluent in Romanian.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.
YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
- Assist in coordinating communication of project teams in MEP installations.
- Liaise with clients, architects and other industry professionals in Romanian.
- Support in communication with contractor and design offices in Romania.
- Preparation and translation of technical documentation.
- Support in project work of technical teams.
YOUR TEAM
The project management department is a comprehensive coordination and management of multi-discipline projects. Project management includes in its activities the organization of the work of teams, faster and more efficient preparation of bids and control of large projects. The department works on projects in the commercial, industrial and public sectors. Our clients include leading architectural firms, developers and investors in various industries and services.
The department is managed by the Senior Project Director. The team at the moment consists of 8 people, including Project Managers, Assistants and Architects.
We work in a modern office located at Rondo Daszyńskiego, in the building of the Warsaw HUB. The subway entrance is directly in the building, there are also stores and restaurants and cafes. Those arriving by bicycle can use the bike room and showers.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
Our requirements:
- Higher technical education, majors related to mechanical engineering (mandatory).
- Very good knowledge of Romanian and English (mandatory).
- Ability to read and analyze technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to solve technical problems.
- Knowledge of Polish language will be an advantage.
- Design office experience desirable (we are open to applicants with different levels of experience).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel...)
